WHO WE ARE​​

Urban Autism Solutions (UAS) is dedicated to changing outcomes for young adults with autism through an integrated community life that advances social and vocational opportunities.

Despite their skills and potential, autistic adults face unemployment rates between 70% and 80%, largely due to societal misperceptions and challenges in social communication.

​​

To help change that, UAS has established Clean Sweep – a workforce initiative providing meaningful employment while improving the streets and public spaces of the communities we serve.
